My office handles a large volume of family law cases: divorce, custody and visitation arrangements, child support for minors and alimony, property and balancing resources, ketubah claims, agunot, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">heters<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in family law, monetary agreements, and prenuptial agreements.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I was certified as a Toenet Rabbanit by Midreshet Lindenbaum in Jerusalem, the seminary that pioneered advanced, yeshiva-style Torah study for women. I specialize in legal representation at rabbinical courts and in mediation. Over the years, I have amassed significant experience in handling complex cases related to issues of division of property, custody and visitation arrangements, parental estrangement, ketubahs, child support, and agunot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My motto is that every effort must be made so that the couple can \u201cdivorce in peace.\u201d <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I belong to the new generation of representatives interested in mediating, not waging war.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I believe in agreements, not in concessions. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is my role to preserve and protect my client\u2019s rights, clarifying every option and reaching an agreement that is beneficial to him\/her.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I believe in close, empathetic guidance throughout the process, coupled with professional, first-rate professional legal and Halachic services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">The vast majority of my cases end with agreements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I believe in finding solutions! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead of fanning the flames and dragging out the conflict for months and even years, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I search for the common ground between the parties, even in the most impossible situations. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In every case, including the most complex, it is possible to reach agreements amicably and in a pleasant atmosphere, despite the bitter conflict, grudges, and anger.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In complicated divorce cases, I view myself as a problem solver. I search for shared interests and take into account economic, emotional, and family considerations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><b>My Mission Statement\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To give people the opportunity to continue their lives respectfully and happily after the separation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solving conflicts within the family requires extensive legal and Halachic knowledge, the ability to maneuver carefully, and an understanding of the human psyche. I view my work as an important calling. My goal is to help people and do good.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important to know that there are many different ways of conducting a separation process. With complete transparency, I present all of the possible options to my client and help him or her<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> reach a mutual understanding of the best route for them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My office\u2019s extensive experience with rabbinical court proceedings, coupled with my broad legal and Halachic knowledge and a deep understanding of the various strategies and tools that exist today, equip me with the skills necessary to manage legal proceedings with success for my clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to managing the legal conflict, my office puts emphasis on closely and personally guiding each and every client and providing support throughout the entire process. We understand that going through a divorce is painful and complicated, and it demands a lot of mental strength. Therefore, the guidance we provide to each client is so important.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My office partners with an entire gamut of first-rate professionals: psychologists and family therapists, attorneys specializing in real estate, private investigators, actuaries, real estate appraisers, and financial and pension advisors. These collaborations allow us to provide the maximum, highest-quality service to each client.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parallel to handling cases through mediation and litigation, over the past few years, I have started to specialize in complex agunah cases. In cooperation with the rabbinical court in Israel as well as rabbinical courts worldwide, I have successfully released <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">several dozen women from the harsh bonds of this painful situation.
