Instead of destructive and expensive legal proceedings, and instead of destroying and blaming, the mediation process allows us to build a bridge and find solutions through mutual respect.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mediation process facilitates a divorce based on respect and mutual agreement. Instead of negative, destructive feelings, instead of thinking of ways to hurt the other spouse, instead of traumatic experiences at the rabbinical and regular courthouses, mediation provides the option of handling the process through reconciliation, overcoming obstacles, and growing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We conduct the mediation process with the parties <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the format of an open, honest discussion, in order to settle the conflict pleasantly and respectfully. We <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">address all of the issues and disputes that arise when a family unit is dismantled: custody, division of property, child support, and more. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our objective is <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to get through the conflict with the least possible damage to ourselves and our family.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to our mediation technique, we combine meetings with each party separately, meetings with both parties together, and meetings with professionals, psychologists, emotional advisors, financial advisors, and more, in order to reach a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> quality, quick, and effective solution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A family conflict that is \u201cintimate\u201d in its nature is worth solving within the family. Mediation allows us to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">feel that we, as a former couple, as a family, and despite the harsh conflict, are in control of our future and not putting our lives in the hands of a judge to decide for us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important to know that there are many different ways of conducting a mediation process.
